Who We Are
Clair HM Holt started Hestia Heritage and Five Senses Coaching in 2015 as an extension of her long-standing consulting and coaching practise.
I have over 25 experience in facilitation, training, consulting, coaching and professional development strategy. My background is in experiential and outdoor education and I've always believed that real change happens when we can make a sensory imprint - experience via our senses. Since discovering the power of aromatic plants, woods and resins, I have embarked on another experiential journey with sensory integrative coaching.
Just like Hestia, the Goddess of the Hearth, I aim to create space with specific intention and help you maintain or re-establish a strong connection to your internal, emotional fires.
I believe that when individuals and organisations connect their purpose to the rhythms of the earth, they unlock authentic power in their hearts, brains and hands.
